These Terms of Use govern your purchase and use of digital products sold by The Insight Playbook, a product of Insight Planning, operated by Shea Sanche, CFP. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
Each purchase grants you a single, non-transferable license to use the purchased product for your own professional practice. This license covers you and the team members within your practice.

All Guide documents are personalized with your name, email address, and purchase date. This identification is embedded to deter unauthorized distribution. If a copy of any product is found in unauthorized circulation, the identifying information within it will be used to determine the source.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of the original purchase date, contact us at hello@myinsightplaybook.com for a full refund. No conditions, no questions.
Refunds for The Full Package that include a completed strategy session will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
The Full Package includes one one-hour virtual strategy session with Shea Sanche. Sessions are scheduled via Calendly and are limited to one per week. The session is personal to the purchaser and may not be transferred, gifted, or resold.
If you need to reschedule, do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. No-shows forfeit the session without refund.
All content within these products, including frameworks, chapter structures, database designs, templates, and written materials, is the original intellectual property of Shea Sanche and Insight Planning. No part of any product may be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
These products are educational and operational tools for professional practice management. They do not constitute legal, financial, compliance, or regulatory advice. You are responsible for ensuring your practice operates in compliance with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Insight Playbook and Insight Planning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of these products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
