This Privacy Policy describes how The Insight Playbook, a product of Insight Planning (operated by Shea Sanche, CFP), collects, uses, and protects information you provide when purchasing or using our products.

We collect only what is necessary to fulfill your purchase:

• Purchase information: Your name, email address, and payment details. Payment details are processed by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
• Product delivery information: Your name and email are used to personalize your Guide document and send your download link.
• Strategy session scheduling: If you purchase The Full Package, your name and email are shared with Calendly to facilitate booking. Calendly has its own privacy policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used only to:

• Process and deliver your purchase
• Personalize your Guide document with forensic identification
• Send transactional emails related to your purchase
• Respond to support requests

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate this product:

• Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe collects and stores your payment information under their own privacy policy and security standards.
• Resend: Transactional email delivery. Your name and email are transmitted to Resend to send your purchase confirmation and download link.
• Calendly: Strategy session scheduling for Full Package purchasers.
• Vercel: Website hosting, serverless functions, and secure file storage. Download links expire after 24 hours.

4. Data Retention

We retain your name and email address for as long as is necessary to support your purchase, respond to refund requests within the 30-day window, and comply with any applicable legal obligations.

Download links are time-limited and expire 24 hours after generation. You may contact us to request a new link within your 30-day purchase window.

5. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including HTTPS for all transmissions, Stripe for payment security, and time-limited signed URLs for file delivery. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable precautions.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To make a request, contact us at hello@myinsightplaybook.com. We will respond within 10 business days.

7. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We do not run retargeting or behavioral advertising. If analytics are enabled in the future, we will update this policy and use only privacy-respecting tools.

8. Children

This product is intended for professional use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
